Would you like to book a tour four your group of the castle but don't know how?

We are happy to advise you. Here you will find all the necessary and quick information for group tour leaders. We are accepting orders for 2026.

You can make a reservation for: State Rooms, Private Apartments, From the Cellar to the Tower, for a group of at least 10 people.

Tours are conducted in Czech only, but foreign-language texts (in Polish, English, German, and Dutch) are available for loan.

You can book a tour by phone: +420 773 771 818 or by email: nachod.rezervace@npu.cz, at least 24 hours in advance.

When making a reservation, please specify:

date and time of the tour (we usually book groups for quarter hours, e.g., 10:15, 11:15, etc.)
your chosen tour
number of persons
categories of persons (adults, children, youth, seniors 65+, persons with disabilities, foreign language groups, etc.)
payment method: cash in CZK, credit card
telephone contact number for the tour leader

Important information for tour leaders

We kindly ask leaders of pre-booked groups to have cash for the entire group selected and prepared in advance to ensure quick checkout at the ticket office. Payment by credit card is also possible.
Please arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
In case of a delay in arrival, please contact us immediately at +420 773 771 818.
If the group arrives after the start of the booked time, they will have to wait for the next available time slot.
The maximum capacity for tours is 25 people, and any available places can be filled by other visitors.
If your group exceeds the tour capacity, it will be divided into several groups, which will follow each other at approximately 15-minute intervals.
A guide for organized groups (1 person per 15 people) is free of charge.
Educational supervision (for school groups, 1 person per 10 children) is free of charge.
