Do I need to make a reservation if I want to visit the castle?

We are happy to advise you. Here you will find all the necessary and quick information for visitors. We are accepting reservations for 2026.

Reservations for individuals are not required (up to 10 people).
Tickets to the castle can be purchased on site at the ticket office of Náchod Castle.
Tour times are set by the cashier according to visitor interest.
Payment options: cash (CZK) or credit card.

tours are conducted in Czech only, but foreign-language texts (in Polish, English, German, Dutch) are available for loan

By purchasing an online ticket: online sale

only a few tours per day are reserved for online ticket purchases
tickets for additional tours can be purchased in person at the castle ticket office
online tickets can be purchased no later than one day before the tour, until 11:59 p.m
on the day of the tour, it is no longer possible to purchase tickets online, and any reservations can only be made by phone
it is not possible to purchase an online ticket for the tour without a guide From the Cellar to the Tower

Important information for visitors

To purchase reserved tickets, please arrive at the castle ticket office at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour, otherwise your reservation will be forfeited.
If you are running late, please contact us at +420 773 771 818.
If you arrive after the start of your reserved time, you will have to wait for the next available slot.
Online tickets are checked by the guides at the entrance to the exhibition.
The online ticket does not need to be printed; it is sufficient to have it on your phone. The QR code on the ticket is important for us.
If you have purchased an online ticket, please wait for the guide in the second castle courtyard in front of the ticket office by the sign marked "start of sightseeing tours".
